MSIE 9 Where are the popular sites stored?

I cannot figure how or what controls the "Your most popular sites" window.
Currently, mine is not populated with anything. It would be nice to know how to set these 10 sites. Hope this is the right forum. Was not sure if it went here or under Operating Systems.

Open this web page about 10 times:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QWERTZ

That will put it on your most popular sites list. Then search the registry for QWERTZ. I bet you will find a registry key that contains that wikipedia link, as well as all the other sites listed under most popular sites. Once you have the registry key you can export that key and restore it at will.

Be sure to close IE9 before starting the registry search....
