It locked up then I rebooted and all I got is this sound instead of the normal 1 beep. Anyone have ideas where should I start?

I believe that is generally a temp warning.

Check your fans/heatsink.

I open the case and found 2 capacitors next to the ATX power connector open on the top. The motherboard is dead. Could this be a power supply problem?

For people curious what it look like:(

No other component appeared to have any physical damage.

I tried looking for these capacitors 4700uf 6.3v. They're were not available here locally. The nearest I could find locally is 4700uf 16v - about 1/8 inch too wide to fit side by side in the motherboard.

Unlike my previous experienced, where the system actually
got on fire
