MSI Z97 PC Mate - how good / bad, does anyone have one?

I used this combo setup for my younger brother.

The board managed to OC G3258 to 4.3G with a hassle. I stopped here due to CPU heat/noise consideration.
I think it's a great combo setup given its pricing.
 
I bought it when my 4770k died. I just wanted a motherboard for the 4790k I was getting and so far it has been rock solid. I'm not overclocking and running the stock CPU heatsink.
