MSI Z87 MPOWER Max CPU heatsink clearance?

I want to order a motherboard this week and I'm really liking this one, but the heatsink around the CPU socket has me wondering about clearance for large CPU heatsinks. I just ordered this Be Cool! Dark Rock 2 heatsink. I also have Ballistix Elite memory so I'm figuring 1-2 of the memory slots won't be accessible. I only need 1 slot atm though.
