MSI Z77A-GD65 worth it or no? please respond quick

ok you guys didn't say much about MSI boards in my Asrock Extreme 4 topic.

on Black Friday I passed on this combo.

I5-3570K + ASUS P8-z77-V LK. It was $329. $120 off.

now they have same combo deal @ $329 but with MSI Z77A-GD65.

Would you say this is worth it or no?

I already passed once but I don't know anything about MSI board.

I am going off newegg reviews!

How do you define its worth? Overclocking potential? Features? It may sound bias because I own one but feature wise, the MSI Z77A-GD65 has more features than the Asus board you've mentioned.

no combo price with the i5.

it doesn't look as fancy as the ASUS I passed on. only 2 USB 3.0.

and the price is $359. $329 with rebate.

there is an Asrock extreme 4 combo for $349.

are these worth it for price or no.
