I'm giving details of my computer's motherboard (model) but the issue is with the Realtek Audio Manager Controller actually, but for the
MSI board, i've seen quite a few forum topics on Realtek drivers in connection to MSI boards sort of like the issue's with the Audio manager and Win 10 and / or Intel and as far as that goes, I have new Dell Monitor that turns grey when i power up computer for a minute or so or whenver some web sites, i haven't quite got that figured out but Intel indicated that the HD Graphics 4000 integrated is discontinued therefore, sorry about that...

So, the audio manager does present and the only thing missing are the effects or contollers buttons to change the sound effects pop rock, equalizer, etc...I've got Driver Easy software to update the drivers and does pretty good at that. Including the Realtek drivers and from what I got on Intel's driver assistant-one, it shows the same driver that the Driver Easy updated, so that's why i say i think it's good enough to use and just am trying to get the audio manager to fully adapt. If all else, maybe i could get an enhancer sound booster software in lieu of Realtek if it doesn't seem to manifest.

If any recommends etc., thanks for reply.

The audio properties panel is customized by each vendor. In this case, by MSI. If you obtain or install a driver from any other source, you will get the 'default' or 'generic' audio properties and configuration panel from Realtek. Same is true for almost any of the codec manufacturers. e.g. DTS and/or SRS Audio controls panel disappears if I install a new driver obtained from any source other than the OEM or motherboard vendor.

If you want the old audio controls/properties back, download and install the audio drivers from MSI. And uninstall that 'Easy Driver' virus from your PC.
