This totally depends on what you want to accomplish. Are you going for max performance? are you going to O/C? What components are you planning on? Are you looking for a build that is stable with room to tweak?

An Intel branded NIC comes with either board, so that's good. The UD5H comes with a bonus 2x USB 3.0 front port bracket, so that might be a deciding factor.
Also: Gigabyte boards are usually better supported for creating a Hackintosh, if that's a possible planned configuration.

After MUCH deliberation, I went with the MSI Z77A-GD65 for my new 3770K build. It seems to be reliable and OC's well and generaly has very good reviews.

I did look at the Gigabyte carefully, but in the end it seemed like it has stability and BIOS issues for some users. However, its still a great board and I don't think you can go wrong either way. Good luck.

I was hoping someone would mention the intel branded NIC... thank you sir. Best post of the night, imho. Screw Realtek NIC.. bad drivers.
