MSI Z270 M5 motherboard: BCLK varying

I recently purchased a i7-7700k and a MSI Z270 M5 motherboard and I noticed that the BCLK varies slightly. I have it set to 100.00 MHz but when checked with Coretemp it shows it varying between 100.19-100.27 MHz instead of staying at exactly 100 MHz. There is no Spead Spectrum option in the BIOS but there are other CPU BCLK options in the BIOS but I didn't touch those options. Is there a way to get it to say at the exact 100 MHz with this motherboard?
