MSI x99a Sli plus won't boot/display

Hey guys with the help of you and others I got my build together and put it all together today! Everything powered on great. All the lights, fans, etc. But when I plugged the GPU Ito my monitor its just black screen with the power button on the monitor blinking red. I'm infuriated to say the least.

I've tried reseating the CPU, replacing thermal paste, trying one stick of ram in the dimm 1 and DIMM 2 slot. No post at all. Everything powers on but nothing shows up on the monitor. Please help me guys! I'm very angry and sad D:
