MSI X800 or eVGA 6600GT?

I decided to forgo the cheap card and just go for the whole build now. Considering the following cards:

MSI RX800-TD128E Radeon X800 128MB DDR PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail at $119 (after rebate). Of note, there seems to be a debate whether the memory is DDR or 'unlabled' DDR3 - anyone know for sure?

or

eVGA 128-P2-N368-TX Geforce 6600GT 128MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail at $150

This will be for a work rig - lots of e-mail, photoshop, some video, and lots of 2D gaming (Ultima Online.) I originally had the eVGA but ClubIT had it for only $125 and quickly sold out. I have heard great things about eVGA and not so great things about MSI in terms of customer service, but not much in terms of quality. I have also heard the nVidia drivers are more reliable and stable than ATI's with an NF4 board - not sure if that is so.

Your thoughts most welcomed!

isn't the x800 faster?

and for photochop and emailing your video card doesn't mean so much.

ultima online went 3d years ago. if you're actually using the 2d client still then which video card doesn't matter so much. i used to play it on a matrox millenium with 4MB of WRAM.

god that was a hoss video card.

LoL - I can't stand the 3D client so I still play 2D. I do want to make sure I can play 3D games, and reliability/ease of install are key for me. I was going to just go for a 6200 or X300 but the price difference is about two large pizzas so I figured I'd shed a few pounds and apply it towards a better card :)

Just wanted to mention I will be re-using my Dell M991 19" CRT (circa 2000) - that shouldn't be a problem should it?

Also, MSI bundle FTW

Just saw the software bundle. Ehh...what happened to the 20 or so CDs that come with it?
