are there 3rd party touch pad drivers out there to turn off tapclick on the off brand touch pad for the wind u123?

 
there should be an option that allows you to turn off tapclick via mouse/pad setting you can find on control panel

its the generic ps2 windows driver with no provisions for touch pad stuff like changing the scroll functionality, or tap click.
