I'm trying to decide between these two motherboards for the next pc i'm building.
Which one is better?
I didn't see anything like NF4 for the MSI so i'm assuming it uses that ATI Xpress 200?

I'm just basically asking what is the difference between these two motherboards concerning the onboard gfx and the NF4.
 
The msi has integrated graphics and no overclocking options, the vnf4ultra has no integrated(needs graphics card), and has decent oc'ing options. I have the vnf4ultra, I like it.
