MSI video card question

Anyone know the difference between these 2 cards:
MSI Model FX5900SP-VTD256 Geforce FX 5900 256MB VIVO AGP 8X VGA Card.Retail
MSI Model NBOX N5900 Ultra-VTD 256MB AGP8X VGA Card.Retail

I checked the site but it's a little to technical for a brain of my caliber.
I see both of these at new egg and both say they have 256 mb ddr memory which I thought was the deciding factor of the ultra vs. non ultra version of the 5900. So why is the NBOX N5900 $200.00 more expensive????

NBOX has tons of additional hardware, software, etc supposedly for the Hardcore Gamer. It has some full games and lots of demos. Not to mention that it's heatsink is really awesome looking, especially if you have a case window.

cool, looks like i'll be getting the 5900sp, already have those games and don't need a new mouse. I checked a link for the sp and the fans look identical. I can't believe they charge 200 for that crap which you could probably buy for under $150.00.
