I've tried a dozen times to get through to a living person at MSI's main US telephone number (626-913-0828) and all I've ever gotten is a 10-minute wait then a forward to voice mailboxes. No matter what department or extension, the story is the same. I am more happy than ever I chose Epox for my Mobo, they pick up right away. Nevertheless, I bought an MSI x800-128 vid card and sent the rebate form in months ago. I have heard nothing back and can find nothing anywhere that would lead me to a place or a phone where I could get an update.
Yep it is only $30, but I hate being screwed. And it is obvious they make this just about as hard as possible.
