MSI Turbo-R with which bus? 200/266

I planning to get the MSI Turbo-R MB...I know it support 200/266 bus speed

Which one would you suggest I get the 200/266 Bus speed processor. It about a $40 different. I planned to OverClocking the processor as much as possible. NE1 know where the difference (can Ne1 explain or direct me to a website?). Do I need any special memory like DDR

are u talking about the MSI K7T Turbo-R board? that's not a DDR board, it has the KT133a chipset which doesn't utilise DDR...
