msi tuner remote problems

i have an msi tv@nywhere card, the one with out the fm tuner....and since service pack one for windows xp i havent been able to use the remote for more then just turning it on and off

i have tried the driver updates at msi with no luck.....anyone having the same problem or any suggestions

everything about the card works great i just would like to have the use of the remote back
