I'm having trouble deciding which graphics card to get.

It's pretty much narrowed down to these two cards. I've read tons of reviews on the MSI card, and have heard many good things about it, but not much about the Leadtek card. I know that both are pretty much the same card, but I still need some information about what would be a wise decision? I will be considering overclocking this card, which has a better chance of getting a higher core/mem frequency?

I liked the software that bundled with MSI, but i like the HSF design on the Leadtek ( I dunno, it seems like it could go faster with that huge heatsink). I also am skeptical about the large HSF as well, as i heard that placing RamSinks on ram isn't such a good idea, as it can hinder heat transfer due to ram casing.

The MSI card is cheaper by around $30-40 (canadian dollars).

Reviews and Opinions much appreciated.

It's highly likely that the Leadtek will have better 2D image quality and overclock better than the MSI. Also some people have complained about MSI's HSF combo being noisy.
