MSI ti-4400 vivo

I searched through the archives and found some useful info, but I would like some updated opinions. I have an MSI gf4 ti-4400 128 meg card with vivo. I am going to get a dvd burner and would like to transfer my vhs tapes to dvd. When I hook up my vcr to the card should I use the s-video connector or the standard video connector with the sound rca's going to my SB live! ? Will the s-video connector transfer the sound through the video card?

I have a couple of old AIW (pro's, 128's) but I really don't want to install one of those cards. What is my best option with the setup I have to get my video's with sound from the vhs tapes to dvd?

Here are my specs:

xp 2000+
512 ddr
60 gig hd
MSI g4 ti-4400 128 w/ vivo
sound blaster live! platinum (live drive)
Cendyne dvd-r/rw (getting tomorrow)

Thanks!
