I call to get help with my laptop barebone made from them. I just put in some parts and they tell me to Fvck off and go to the company you bought it from .Go get help from them and RMA it threw them .Then I said they don?t allow RMA's after 30Days and he is like well that?s not my problem and then I explain to him that I have been getting help with my barebone from you since day 1 now your saying it company policy not to help me?? This guy was an A$$ just b/c there closing in 10 min and wants to go home is no way to treat a customer. They want me to call a target type place to get techsupport. I just needed to vent no need to reply.

wel if they close at 5 and i call at 4:59 they still got to serve me.
everything i had so far wiht MSi symbol on it has been rma'ed my barebon, my mobo and now my msi wifi/bt card

I have owned over 28 different models of their motherboards and only had one go bad on me (poor K7T turbo with bad caps)... when I did RMA it they were quite pleasant to deal with and helped me with the RMA process.

I am sorry you had a bad experience, I bet if you call back tomorrow you will get a better response.

i was fine wiht the company until ever person i talk to gives me diffrent info, and are rude to me. the best ppl there are the Operator,and the the one guy at ext 141
