Try ATACOM. They have it for $99 before shipping, etc. and it may be in stock. I have never ordered from them (and probably never will) but Monarch mATX boards rarely go over $100 so it's highly probably that Monarch is raping you on the pre-order. ComputerHQ also lists them for $95+$5 S&H (not in stock) so Monarch sounds like a definite ripoff.

EDIT: oh and btw, I think Monarch's the only place that's got em right now.
