MSI RMA?

Looks like im gong to have to RMA this board (THIRD one for this build :| ). Does MSI wait to receive the broken board before shipping, or will they ship me a new board so i can do a swap?
 
They wait, then test your returned board, and will finally ship out a replacement in a week to 10 days.
 
I have one RMA in all the MSI boards I have used my 754 was a MSI and I am currently not using a MSI with my 2 current builds.
