I can attest to that... horrible customer service...

Edit: I seem to have misread the previous post.. well, I was referring to trying to get an RMA from HIS a few years back. They downright ignored all of my emails.

I'm sure it's just as bad. Last rebate was submitted three or four times....each time they claimed something different wasn't supplied. Copies mailed in each time and finally they coughed it up!

Keep copies of everything and if you get denied on a rebate with them don't let them off the hook keep at it!
