Is that a stable board for Core 2 Duo E6300 and Corsair 1GB PC2-6400 DDR2 DIMM Memory Kit?

It should be fine. But you may have some anomolies show up. This is a new board and cpu, and don't expect perfection. You may have to flash the bios when msi issues new versions. I've been reading about some minor issues with other boards. Nothing serious though. Msi is pretty good about issuing bios updates.

Anyone have any first hand experience with this board? I was looking at it too, but there seemed to be a few negative comments on newegg regarding stability and overclockability...
