MSI P67A-GD65 USB header problems

I recently built a gamer computer, with a MSI P67A-GD65. I love the computer but the problem is that my case has 4 USB ports in front, 2 for 1 plug, so there are 2 plugs for the usb in the front of the case. The mobo only has 1 usb header (pins) for a case usb. I have two, i would really like to have all of them to work. Is there a pci card I can get to add more pins. I have been looking but haven't been able to find anything. Its more for convenience than anything. I could use the usbs in the back but it makes it easier to use the front ones. Sorry but I think I was asking the wrong questions thats why. Okay let me try again. The case I have has USB 3.0, 4 of them that plug in by 2 internal header plugs (9 pin). Problem is that my mobo does not have any internal headers for USB 3.0 only 2.0. Is there a way I can get a PCI card that gives me that option for 2 internal USB 3.0 headers, or does that not exist yet.

If you look at the picture on your other post, The larger blue connector in teh bottom right that is labeled JUSB2 is teh USB 3.0 connector. PLug you connector in there

Thanks for your help. Okay I did do that but the USB does not work. Both of them do not work. So either my mobo USB plug is messed up or my cases usb plugs are messed up. Is there any way to test them or do I need to plug them into another board. I highly doubt my board doesnt work because everything works on it. I think the USB plugs are just defective from my coolermaster case. I wonder if you can replace them or test them somehow. Thanks for your help if you have any suggestions.

You would probably need another header (case) or mobo to really test. You can get adventurous with a multimeter, but you're not going to be able to tell much beyond whether or not power is going to the pins.
