msi p55-85 not detect my second GPU ATI 5850

hello guys.....i have the mjor problem with my new mobo MSI P55-GD85. my second GPU is not detect in my Device manager

Does it show up if you swap it with the primary card? I have a problem with my board where if the top card isn't seated perfectly in the slot, it will show up as either x4 PCI-E 1.0 or not show up at all. I sent the board in thinking it was bad. Try reseating it and see what happens. You remembered to plug in the PCI-E power cables, correct?

yes.....but if someting like that is not because of the slot what should i do

What have you tried as far as troubleshooting?

when i change the secon slod to be primary there is no signal on my monitor

Have you tried reseating the second card yet or sticking it in the primary slot to see if it's dead or not?

all of them are fine..i try that....may be the board it self
