MSI p43 Neo3 is not recognizing any KB

I just bought a MSI P43 Neo3 from Fry's, a new box, and a new Intel core Duo. I installed it, booted it. The video came on, but the KB is not being recognized. The Numlock Light of the KB came on, but will not toggle from On to Off when hit.

As matter of fact, it is not recognizing any key. I changed the KB to a PS2 KB, but with the same result. Does any one have an idea about his strange phenomenon ?

If your motherboard doesn't recognize a PS2 keyboard, it sounds like the keyboard controller is defective. Time to return the board to the vendor or contact MSI for warranty service.
