Because of a snafu I'm looking at the possibility of buying a new mobo this weekend. I'm considering the MSI P43 Neo3-F (as I can get it locally from Fry's). But I'm little confused about the features of the P43 Neo3-F.
The manual I downloaded from the MSI website indicates that this mobo is capable of raid through the on-board JMicoron 363 ATA controller (which controls SATA 7 & 8). But I'm confused as the Newegg description for the MSI P43 Neo3-F doesn't make any referrence to the JMicron 363 ATA controller or the ability of a Raid 0/1/10. The MSI P43 Neo3-F website does mention the JMicron 363 ATA controller, but doesn't mention the RAID cababilities one iota either.
Anyone help me with this before I make a mistake and possibly buy the wrong mobo?
