MSI P35 Platinum & Zalman CNPS9500

I am looking to get the MSI P35 Platinum motherboard and the Zalman CNPS9500 cooler, I was wondering if there are any issues using the Zalman cooler. I know the MSI board has a funky loop heatpipe cooling solution but not sure if the height/shape interferes with an aftermarket cpu cooler.

 
Because of doubts like that I went with the MSI P35 Neo2-FR. Same PCB (and Bios) minus rollercoaster heatpipe and firewire.
