I just grabbed one of these from Newegg open box for $70. Sadly, it is open box so it probably doesn't have all the accessories but I don't have to deal with rebate hassles!

Decent price on Abit IP35 Pro, $7-8 cheaper than at newegg and they ship fed-ex instead of UPS.

Anybody knows about the difference between V1.0 and V1.1 PCB layout? Quick google search shows new clock gen and increased FSB limit to 750 (not like anyone is going to achieve it in real life situation), however aside from that does anyone know of any other difference between two PCB layouts?

I was looking for this information and I came across this forum. . Those changes you mentioned are valid as well. It seems like some people have both and they are having a hard time telling any "real" differences.
