I'm aware that double booting isn't a problem, but this is related.
When starting from a complete cold boot, having been unplugged and replugged into an AC source, the motherboard sometimes fails to boot the second time. As in, it will do its first boot, then it will attempt the second boot, and immediately turn off.
Does anyone know what is causing this? What to do about it?
As long as i don't unplug it from AC I'm fine, but i hate to think i just spent 450 dollars on a machine as temperamental as this.
Oh...and are the ICH9L raid settings stored in the CMOS, or are they stored elsewhere? Because I'm wondering, if i have to reset the CMOS, would i lose my raid settings and have to reset them up. (I know I'd have to enable raid in the bios)
EDIT: Oh, and does anyone know how to get speedfan working for the higher number fans? Because I'm completely at a loss. The fan headers closest to the front of the case don't even show on speedfan, and I can't seem to find a way to add them. I searched, and I cant find a config that matches my motherboard.
