MSI P35 Neo: OC potential with E2180

I am building a budget backup system and am considering this board. I will use an E2180 with an Intel C2D copper heatsink that I have lying around (not the stock aluminium one included with it).

My target OC will be 3-3.2 GHz

So has anyone used this board and was it an OK OCer?

i have the neo2-fr

it's an okay OCer.... for my first try, my C2D e4400 went from 2.0 to 2.7 no issues.

but i havent been able to get it farther than 2.7. maybe i should try upping voltages.

My e2160 hit 3.0 ghz right out of the box with no problems at all. Didnt increase voltages or anything. 110% stable. I know it could go higher, but I havent tried it yet.
