MSI P35 Boards and 8800GTX

I am looking at the MSI P35 Platinum or Neo-2 boards.

I read an article (and unfortunately lost the link) that mentioned that the dual slot cooler on the 8800GTX interfered with the MB chipset cooling solution if the GPU was installed in the upper PCIe slot.
I have found no other reference to this problem, but looking at some pictures of the board I'm still somewhat concerned about the height of the chipset cooler.

Can anyone who owns both of these items confirm whether or not this is actually an issue? Feel free to post pics supporting either case.
