I am going to get a new video card and the only requirement is TV-Out(not S-Video the other type) I use my computer for gaming, internet and general college use!!!!! Here is what I was thinking:
MSI G2Ti PRO-VT (MS-8836) GEFORCE2 TI 64MB DDR 4 X AGP ($120)(Don't know if it has other than S-Video)
or
MSI STARFORCE 820 GEFORCE2 GTS 32MB DDR 4X/2X AGP W/TV- OUT ($97)(Don't know if it has other than S-Video)
or
MSI MX-400 PRO- TC64S GEFORCE2 MX400 PRO - TC64S 64MB SDRAM WITH TV-OUT S- VIDEO AV-OUT 4X/2X AGP($78)
or
ATI Radeon 7500 64MB DDR AGP OEM ($136)(Don't know if it has other than S-Video)

I am open to suggests, I was trying to stay around $100 but if the features out way the price I am willing to pay a little extra!!! Let me know what to think?

The best options listed there are the Radeon 7500, and the GeForce 2 TI, Personally I'd definitely prefer the ATi Radeon 7500 over a GF2 Ti.
It's marginally faster in most cases... though this is debatable depeinding on whose benchmarks you go by.
You get better DVD, a slightly better feature set, HydraVision, and better 2D then you would out of MSI's GF2 TI card.

Do all those have the other type of video out than S-Video?

Would I really notice that big of difference if I am happy with my 16 mb TNT2 card? I really want to TV-Out
