I'm down to these too, because I want one with DVI out.
The MSI comes with component out so that will save me few dollars down the road.
I will not be do any major OC if I OC at all.
Any other real difference.
I used to think was the number one ASUS but recently other have shown just as good quality so I'm still undecided.

I'd go with the MSI, because I've had good results with their boards, and because it comes with all the output brackets etc that the Asus model lacks...

Ok a little change. I will be doing OC.
I used to OC pentuim 2's and Celerons back in the day.
Since then I just have not seen it to worth it consider the HS you would have to buy.

But after som reviews I see I get great gain with little effort. So im' gettting a Opteron 146 boxed and hope to OC to 2.4. I don't need the go any higher so I perfer very stable.

Thanks

As I understand it, the Asus board doesn't really have much in the way of O/C options, the MSI may, dunno- I'd D/L the manual from their site to find out...

One of the Biostar 6100 boards is supposedly a decent overclocker, which one, I don't recall...
