MSI OEM GF3 Ti200 without GPU fan??

Can't comment on MSI themselves, but I have seen other companies with GF3 ti200 cards with no fan on the GPU heatsink.

Dunno, if that helps though.
 
I bought my brother one about a year ago that didn't have a fan on the heatsink. It wasn't an MSI... but that doesn't make a difference... some GF3's didn't come with fans.
