MSI Northbridge chipset cooler question

Just a quick question...

I am trying to decide on whether to use the Zalman ZM-NB32J or the ZM-NB47J.
I have a MSI K8N Neo4 motherboard and am using a ATI X700 graphics card and concerned about the cooler not fitting. Though it looks like the card only comes out as far as the first mounting hole for the cooler.

Any help would be apprechaited
Thanks

I did this with a Neo4, posted a report w/pics which no one really cared about :frown: but here it is for your review. That's an X850XT with stock cooler in the pics, but you should be able to get a good idea of how the heatsink will fit with your X700.

BTW, I ended up just modding the stock HSF a little and putting it back on - I tore that thick, off-center sticker off of the fan blade hub, and oiled the fan bearing with some fresh 30 weight motor oil. That quieted the fan down a LOT.
