No one else is even listing the MSI boards.

So the only ones that are availiable are the Asus, Gigabyte, and the Chaintech. :(

My CPU needs a motherboard.

The Passion of those who wait for this next gen hardware continues

It's not ZZF's fault. It's MSI's.

i think it is. they should know if they are getting a shipment in. via a tracking # or whatever.
after the 1st time of delaying they should know better.. what is it the 3d time now?
they shouldnt list it at all at this point.

anyone know when the DFI SLI board will be out? ZZF lists it as backordered, but they didnt estimate when it'll be back

Is anyone actually suprising that the date got pushed back? I'm not. It's annoying, but I have a feeling the next two months we will see a lot of boards become available. Unforunately by the end of two months, I think most people will have already knawed off their own arms and leggs in anticipation.

I know what you mean about ZZF's slow walk. But MSI has been releasing these boards for over two months now. I've got a couple builds left that are so peeved that they will take anything but an MSI board now! I'm looking to pick up a few of the DFI Ultra's instead of the Neo4 Platinums. Oh well.

That is my exact thought, ZZF also has them too. It's just that I didn't skimp on any parts from the hard drive to the video card to the ram, why skimp on the motherboard?

A little (long) wait won't kill me.

guys, I don't know what's happening over there at U.S. but over here (greece) the situation with MSI's new boards is just terrible!

I bought a k8n neo2 platinum on 29/12 which turned out to be faulty (never booted up, fans rotated for 1 second then everything shut down had to remove power cable to be able to see fans rotating again.....). I prompty returned it to the merchant on 3/1 who informed me that instead of having my board replaced I could get the new neo4 platinum (which he had just entered into product listings) for an extra 30 euros.

I agreed but from then until now all I get is a "It'll be here in a day or two" every other day. Seriously he tells me that he has ordered them on 3/1 and MSI keeps postponing all shipments. Current estimated delivery date is 28/1.

What the hell is wrong with MSI?

p.s. : my brand new case, cpu, gpu, hdd are just sitting around for the past 25 days .. NO board to host them! already I could have saved 100 euros for all of them if I bought them today.

if they're unopened, try returning them and getting them for cheaper
