MSI nForce 2 MORE TROUBLES

Ok, I have a MSI K7N2G-L and when trying to run windows XP setup, it would load all the drivers and so forth, but before i could get to the point to press f8 to agree and then format/install... it reboots EVERYTIME. I had crucial ram pc2700 and someone told me to get a different brand... it does the exact same thing with samsung ram. Its been a month already and I can't get this thing working.

AMD xp 2100
MSI K7N2G-L
2x256 Samsung PC2700
IBM 60GXP (i have tried w/ a brand new 40GB maxtor and same reboot problem)
assorted PCI (have tried w/ NO PCI cards, same reboot problems)

PLEASE HELP!!!!

If it's not too late to RMA do it!

try just 1 piece of memory.
update bios.
load setup defaults in bios.
turn off quick boot in bios.
remove all secondary devices, jst keep hdd and cdrom and video.

rma board

setting to defaults worked... never used that bios option before... um thanks!
