MSI NF4 w/ AMD 3200+?

I was looking at the MSI NF4 boards, and noticed on their website that they have the following information:

CPU
? Supports Socket 939 for AMD® Athlon? 64FX/64 processor
? Supports 3500+, 3800+ Athlon 64FX 53, FX55 or higher CPU

Please pardon my ignorance, but I was looking at getting the S939 3200+ and was a bit conflicted with the information stated above if it is supported by this board or not =). I'd assume it would be, but the second bullet throws me for a loop.
