I am going to be building a new system, I am an AMD guy. I am trying to "future-proof" myself as much as possible. So I have it narrowed down to MSI Neo4 Platinum(non-SLI) and Gigabyte GA-K8NXP-9(non-SLI). Can those who have them give me your thoughts please. The reviews for the Gigabyte have been real good, havent seen any for the MSI other then T-Break's.

Also which PSU would be suitable for these boards?

Thanks in advance.

Forget about "future-proof". It's a game you can't win. No matter what you buy there is always something better a couple of months away. Buy whatever works for you at this moment. That said, it's still early to state which of those boards are the most stable as there haven't been a lot of comments posted about either. I'd say, go with whichever has the features you like.

As for the PSU, need to know more about what your other components are. If you intend to reuse it for future builds I'd recommend one with at least 24A on the 12V rail and get one from a reputable company like Antec, Fortron, OCZ, Enermax.
