MSI Neo2-PLS 865PE Mobo, is it compatible with this Sata2 Drive?

Just want to make sure that my mobo can use this drive....according to maxtor it is part of the diamondmax 10 series which uses the SATA II interface, after searching through even the newest boards on MSI's site there is no mention what-so-ever of SATA II, they all seem to match up with the same specification as my NEO2-PLS and that is SATA/150
