Hmmmm I love my current K8N Neo2, but I had to RMA 2 other ones to get this. Seems like the stuff about quality control is true. First board worked ok till the VGA slot died on me. I RMA'ed the board, then got a second board back, which immediately didnt POST properly. After RMA'ing yet again, I finally got this board back. Once you get a good board, it should be rock solid and problem free. At this point though, I would get an ASRock SATA II mobo....the one with the AGP and PCI-E slots. This would allow you to keep your current video card while allowing you to upgrade in the future. This board is surprisingly good, and its OCability is above average. Going with the K8N Neo2 or any AGP only mobo might lead to future regrets
