Well id finally got my system back up running today, Id installed the msi k8n neo2 platinum motherboard with a 3200+ winchester 90nm skt 939 cpu. Id did run into a few problems. 1st one, i didnt have one of my memory module install fully, it kept making this long beep, once i got that fixed. id ran into a problem with it detecting my cpu. I've been reading around that some motherboards arent compatible with the winchester core cpu until they got an bios update. so i was going nuts, after a few hrs messing around with it and reading on some msi message board. Id grab my mushkinn 512 2100ddr out of my mom computer. install in my, booted up and it ran fine. Id install the latest bios and reinstall my corsair 2x512mb twinx ram 3200ddr. vola it started right up. so far im liking the motherboard but sometimes it kinda hangs when it detecting the cdroms and harddrives.
