MSI Neo2 Platinum problem - no video on boot

I get no video on boot, the motherboard does power up though. It's acting
strange too -- even if I don't have a power switch plugged into the
power switch jumper on the motherboard, the system powers on whenever
I hit the switch on the back of my power supply.

I've tried clearing the CMOS, tried different ram, tried reseating
everything, tried two different video cards, tried two different
monitors, two different power supplies, and I know my CPU works because it works in another
motherboard. I also tried taking the motherboard out of the case and
putting it on a cardboard box. Still no video on boot. So I don't know
if it's even posting or not.

Any ideas? I just got this thing in the mail yesterday.
