I have a skt 939 Neo2 Platinum with an AMD 3200+ the problem is when i start up the computer it seems like everything is fine but when i get to the stage of starting up windows xp it asks if i want to start in safe mode... i say ok... a few seconds later my monitor turns off and it boots up again doing the same thing =/
please help me
 
Sounds like there is a driver or application that's causing XP to restart during bootup. Have you added any new hardware or installed updated drivers or new software just before this started happening?

There are a lot of options displayed when XP asks if you want to start in Safe Mode, have you tried 'Last Known Good Configuration" or "VGA Mode" options
