Ok i just got my computer working again with x64 and it looks pretty so far. I was wondering how I should go about teaking my performance either in windows or bios. What are the best drivers for my hardware. Right now I am looking at a bio update from Nvidia here here but I have never gotten it from them before...are nvidia drivers better? Also should I uninstall my video driver for them before installing this one?

6800GT
1gb Corsair XML XS series
AMD3500+
MSI neo2 plat

Any help is appretiated.

Definitely use the latest chipset drivers from nVidia's site vice MSI. No need to uninstall the VC drivers first unless you plan on upgrading those also.
I would personally not install the IDE drivers. They cause some people problems while other report no issues, but no real need to take the chance considering any performance increase is minimal at best.

What BIOS rev do you have now? I don't recommend you update the BIOS past 1.8 unless you absolutley need to. Many problems reported with 1.9, 1.a, and 1.b.

Do you think i should update my video drivers too? I just got mine from nvidia for 64bit but my friend has been telling me that there are some other places i can get better ones from.

I was using 1.8, and went to 1.9 hasn't had any problems and I overclock aswell, haven't tried 1.a or 1.b yet tho.
