MSI neo2 plat & SATA

I was wondering if anyone knew of an issue with the MSI K8N neo2 plat mobo and using 2 SATA drives in ports 3 and 4. I understnad that 3 and 4 have the locks for voltage and as i oc I need to use those exclusively. My boot drive is a 37Gig Raptor and the storage is a 320Gig Segate. The Segate is configured as one large partition of about 300Gig if that matters.

Also to continue with bad luch my Raptor windows installation has been corrupted 2 times in the past few days so now when i try to reinstall from the windows cd it freezes when it is detecting the SATA drive. at post the raptor is usually detected but about 20% of the time it now seems to not detect that drive.
