Hi all,
I currently have a Neo 2 platinum which has 4 SATA ports. This board has a quirk where only two of the four SATA ports are locked and the remaining two cannot be used when OC'ing due to the resulting data corruption from being run so far out of spec.
My (very generous) friend is going to give me his Neo4 Platinum SLI and his two 6800GTs when he does a new build later this summer. This board appears to have six SATA ports, though MSI's site says something about only allowing 4 hard drives to be used on them at once.
Anyway, my question is: Does this board have the same SATA limitation when overclocking as my current board? I may want more than two SATA drives at some point if possible.
