MSI Neo 2 troubles

after running the neo 2 successfully for about 7 months, it just crapped out on me. I don't know what's wrong. It was able to power on fine and everything for a while but then for some time it would only power on during certain occasions and as of now it refuses to even go on. All I get now is a blinking light in the front, no fan movement or anything.

I've tried:
-resetting bios
-removing ram
-trying 2 power supplies
-unplugging everything unneeded

any other ideas? I borrowed another NF3 and I think i might give it a go, but i'd like to see if there's anything else i can do before i take my XP-120 off and formally give up. I got this refurbished so i'm pretty screwed there, oh well i guess i can go for the new ULI ASrock board.

yeah... i can't RMA it either, I guess i'm getting slapped for choosing a refurbished board now.

Why can't you? It has a 3 year warranty.

the board came with no manual or documentation. Heck, not even a back plate.

Does not matter. All you need to send bakc is the mobo.
