If I buy the MSI Neo 2 Platinum MB wil my OCZ premium DDR work? My DDR ram is still in the package so I can return it if need be.

Will this work?

PN: OCZ400512PDC-K
PC 3200
256 MB Dual Ch Premier Series
2.5-3-3-7

thanx,

🙂

P.S. Searching for a motherboard is a hassle. Most boards have issues being reported by owners. So far I'm down to either of the MSI Neo 2 Plat or Epox 9nda3+ The MSI is nice with an extra 1394 port but I can't see what else makes it better, and why I should spend $26 more CAD?

🙂

Im fine with my setup.. Actually im extremely happy. =D I'm not an overclocker so i cant help you with ur questions. =\

I'm liking the MSI Neo2 Plat. I've had zero problems. The problems people are having with this board has to do with which slots the DDR is being plugged into. If you get them in the wrong way you'll be running in single channel mode instead of Dual Channel mode.
Not a big deal, if you get it wrong just try it again until you get it right.

Good Luck

That RAM will work with either board. The Epox and MSI boards are both great. Flip a coin.
